KNOWBILITY CONSULTING provides environmental assessments for public and private residential, commercial, and industrial properties. The purpose of an environmental assessment is to evaluate a subject property’s potential for the presence of environmental attributes, considering everything from endangered species to existing hazardous waste to historical significance. Knowbility’s environmental assessment involves site visits by qualified professionals and document review of the surrounding area to determine if further investigation is advised. Document review also includes a review of the national and county government documents regarding the site to determine past usage. Our personnel will be available to answer questions regarding the contents of the Report and to explain the findings and recommendations that result from the Assessment. The Environmental Assessment includes no invasive sampling or analytical testing unless requested as an additional service.
